We are delighted to announce that our valued Japanese customer has placed a repeat order with LYH Steel. This time, they purchased a total of 21 tons of SUS304 hot-rolled steel strips in the following sizes:

3.0 mm × 30 mm

3.0 mm × 40 mm

3.0 mm × 60 mm

Hot-rolled strips often develop slight burrs along the edges during the slitting process, which do not meet the strict quality standards required by the Japanese market. To ensure a smooth and clean finish, we carried out a secondary edge-scraping treatment to remove burrs and round the edges.

In addition, we made adjustments to the packaging based on the customer’s specific requirements. For the Japanese market, waterproof kraft paper is not allowed in steel strip packaging. Instead, we used high-strength plastic stretch film to wrap and protect the coils, ensuring both compliance and safety during transport.
