Advanced Surface Treatment Equipment
LYH Steel’s facility houses state-of-the-art oil-grinding machines, mirror-polishing units, and hydraulic embossing presses to achieve precise, repeatable surface finishes. Our automated systems ensure uniform pressure and speed, delivering consistent textures across large production volumes.
Satin Finishes
NO.4 / #4 Satin: Achieved by grinding with 150–180 grit abrasives to produce a bright polish with visible grain, commonly used in architectural panels and kitchen equipment .
HL / Hairline: Created with finer abrasives (150–240 grit) to form long, unidirectional lines that add subtle texture—ideal for elevator panels, facades, and decorative cladding.
Mirror Finish
NO.8 / 8K Mirror: The highest-reflectivity finish, produced by successive polishing with extremely fine abrasives and buffing compounds to yield a true mirror surface without directional grain. This finish is perfect for decorative accents, reflective architectural elements, and high-end appliances.
Embossed Finishes
Using hydraulic embossing presses fitted with custom-patterned rolls, we emboss stainless steel sheets with patterns like diamonds, linen, 5WL.
These embssed sheets are perfect for wall panels, backsplashes, and decorative accents.
Protective Film & Packaging
- To safeguard surfaces, LYH Steel applies PVC films and laser film from leading brands like Novacel, Polifilm, and Nitto in thicknesses ranging from 5C to 10C.
- These films prevent scratches, scuffs, and contamination during handling, laser processing, and transport.
