Our advanced slitting lines are equipped to handle materials such as 304, 301, 316L, 201, and 430 stainless steel, processing thicknesses from 0.02mm to 3.0mm with exceptional accuracy.
Precision Slitting Capabilities
Material Thickness: 0.02mm to 0.5mm for ultra-thin precision strips; 0.3mm to 3.0mm for standard cold-rolled 2B surface strips.
Surface Finishes: 2B, BA, 8K mirror, and brushed finishes.
Edge Quality: Utilizing high-grade rotary slitting knives, we ensure burr-free edges and maintain tight width tolerances, typically within ±0.1mm, to meet stringent quality standards.

Our facility houses three dedicated stainless steel slitting production lines. Over the years, we’ve cultivated a team of experienced technicians who oversee the entire slitting process, ensuring each coil meets our exacting standards. This expertise, combined with our state-of-the-art equipment, allows us to deliver high-quality products consistently.
Surface Protection and Packaging
To preserve the pristine condition of the stainless steel strips, we offer interleaving with waterproof paper or application of protective films. Each slit coil is packaged with the “eye to sky” orientation, facilitating safer handling and transportation. We limit the weight of each coil package to a maximum of 2 tons, ensuring ease of movement and reducing the risk of damage during transit.

LYH Steel provides end-to-end logistics solutions, delivering stainless steel strips directly to ports and managing container loading with our professional team. We emphasize secure reinforcement within container, to safeguard against shifting or damage during sea transportation.
