INCONEL 82SNi6082ERNiCr-3INCONEL Filler Metal 82 is used for tungsten electrode gas-shielded, gas-shielded and submerged arc welding – Inco Alloys 600, 601 and 690, Inco Alloys 800 and 800HT and Inco Alloys Welding 330.It is also used for surface treatment of steel. Submerged arc welding is carried out using INCOFLUX 4 for submerged arc flux. For submerged arc overlay welding, up to three layers of INCOFLUX 6 submerged arc flux can be used.
INCONEL 625SNi6625ERNiCrMo-3INCONEL Filler Metal 625 is used for gas-shielded and tungsten-shielded welding of INCONEL Alloy 625, INCOLOY Alloy 825, INCOLOY Alloy 25-6MO and molybdenum alloys – colored stainless steels. It is also used for overlay welding of steel, welding of nickel steel and welding of various corrosion-resistant alloys such as Alloy 20. The submerged-arc process can be: used to weld INCONEL Alloy 625 and nickel steel, as well as overlay welding of steel. Submerged-arc welding is carried out with INCOFLUX 7 submerged arc welding flux.
INCO-WELD C-276SNi6276ERNiCrMo-4INCO-WELD filler metal C-276 for tungsten gas shielded and metal gas shielded welding is made from INCONEL alloy C-276 and other nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys. It is also used for sur-steel finishes. The weld metal has excellent corrosion resistance in many corrosive media and is particularly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion.
INCONEL 617SNi6617ERNiCrCoMo-1INCONEL filler metal 617 is used for tungsten gas-shielded welding and gas-shielded welding INCONEL alloy 617. Due to the high-temperature strength, oxidation-resistant-ance, and metallurgical stability of the weld metal, filler metals are also used for joining a wide variety of different high-alloy temperatures. Examples include INCOLOY alloys 800HT and 802, as well as casting alloys such as: modified HK-40, HP and HP-45.
INCONEL 718SNi7718ERNiFeCr-2INCONEL Filler Metal 718 is used for tungsten gas shielded welding of INCONEL alloy 718, 706 and X-750. the weld metal is age-hardening and has comparable mechanical properties – the same as the base metal.
Nickel 61SNi2061ERNi-1Nickel filler metal 61 is used for tungsten gas arc, metal gas arc and submerged arc nickel 200 and 201 welding. It is also used for overlay welding of steel.INCOFLUX 6 submerged arc flux is used in the submerged arc process. The reaction of titanium with the carbon body – maintaining a low level of free carbon – allows the filler metal to be used with Nickel 201 The weld metal has good corrosion resistance, especially in alkaline environments.
MONEL 60SNi4060ERNiCu-7Monel alloy filler metal 60 is used in the welding of tungsten gas arc, metal gas arc and submerged arc Monel alloys 400, R404 and K-500. It is also used in through gas metal arc or submerged arc processes. For certain gas metal arc conditions, the barrier recommends the use of a nickel filler metal layer 61. monel alloy filler submerged arc welding metal 60 is finished with INCOFLUX 5 submerged arc flux.
MONEL 67S Cu 7158 (CuNi30)ERCuNiMonel alloy filler metal 67 is used in oxyacetylene, tungsten gas arc, gas metal arc and submerged arc welding of Monel alloy 450 (70/30 CuNi) and other copper notched-el alloys.
INCONEL 622SNi6022ERNiCrMo-10INCONEL filler metal 622 is used for tungsten gas shielded welding and gas shielded welding INCONEL alloys 22, 622 and 625, INCOLOY alloy 25-6MO and INCOLOY 825.
INCO-WELD HXSNi6002ERNiCrMo-2INCO-WELD filler metal HX is used for tungsten shielded gas welding and gas shielded welding of INCONEL alloy HX and similar nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys. It is also used for surface treatment – made of steel. Weld metal has excellent strength and oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 2200°F (1200°C).
INCONEL 52SNi6052ERNiCrFe-7INCONEL Filler Metal 52 is used in INCONEL’s tungsten gas shielded welding and gas metal welding of alloy 690. This nickel-chromium welding product has been developed to meet the changing needs in the nuclear industry, the higher the chromium content, the greater the resistance to stress corrosion cracking in nuclear, pure water environments. INCONEL Filler Metal 52 produces a corrosion – resistant overlay on most low alloys and stainless steels. It can also be used in applications requiring resistance to oxidizing acids. It is suitable for applications involving INCONEL and INCOLOY alloys, carbon steel, low alloys and stainless steel.
INCONEL 601SNi6601ERNiCrFe-11INCONEL Filler Metal 601 for INCONEL Alloy 601 Gas Tungsten Arc Welding is the preferred welding product for all-tungsten gas shielded welding of INCONEL Alloy 601 The GTAW process using INCONEL Filler Metal 601 is the only recommended joining method Temperatures exceeding 2,100°F (1,150°C) or lower temperatures Applications – Exposure to natural environments with hydrogen sulfide or sulfur dioxide. The weld metal is comparable – matching the base metal in corrosion and oxidation resistance.
INCONEL 92SNi7092ERNiCrFe-6INCONEL Filler Metal 92 is used for tungsten carbide gas shielded welding and gas shielded welding of austenitic and ferritic steels and nickel alloys. Applications include INCOLOY alloys for joining INCONEL to stainless steel, carbon steel and monel alloys; nickel 200 counterparts for joining monel alloys to stainless steel; and joining stainless steel to carbon steel.

INCONEL ®112ENi6625ENiCrMo-3INCONEL Welding Rod 112 is used for INCONEL’s shielded metal arc welding of alloys 625, 825, 25-6MO and other molybdenum-containing alloys of stainless steels. It is also used for overlay welding of steel and welding of various corrosion-resistant materials-ant alloys such as Alloy 20. The weld metal has high strength at room and elevated temperatures-and excellent corrosion resistance, including resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and corrosive-sion and polythiocyanate stress corrosion cracking.
INCO-WELD ® C-276ENi6276ENiCrMo-4INCO-WELD C-276 electrodes are used for shielded metal arc welding of the following components: INCONEL alloy C-276 and other nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys. It is also used for sur-steel finishes. The weld metal has excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of media and is espe- particularly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion.
Nickel 141ENi2061ENi-1Nickel Welding Electrode 141 is used for shielded metal arc welding nickel 201 with nickel 200, welding the clad side of nickel clad steel, and overlay welding of steel. The carbon-containing titanium in the reaction weld metal keeps the free carbon at a low level so the electrode can be used with low carbon nickel (Ni 201).
Welding 190ENi4060ENiCu-7Monel electrode 190 is used for shielded metal arc welding of Monel alloys alloys 400, R-405 and K-500. also used for overlay welding of steel. The weld metal is: resistant to corrosion by sea water, salt and reducing acids. The electrodes are capable of: producing weld deposits that meet stringent radiographic requirements. Although the electrode produces good joints in Monel alloy K-500, the weld metal has low strength because, unlike the base metal, it is not age-hardenable.
Welding 187ECu 7158ECuNiMonel Alloy Welding Rod 187 is used for forging or casting 70/30, 80/20 and 90/10 copper-nickel alloys. When used like the base metal it is made from, the weld metal resists fouling and corrosion in seawater and can be used in multi-purpose marine and desalination applications.
INCO-WELD ® AENi6092ENiCrFe-2INCO-WELD electrodes are used for shielded metal arc welding of INCOLOY alloys 800 and 800HT, INCONEL alloys 600 and 601 and nickel steels. The weld metal has: excellent strength and oxidation resistance at high temperatures and maintains impact resistance at low temperatures. The electrode is a very versatile product for welding dissimilar materials. It can be used on a variety of austenitic and ferritic steels as well as nickel alloys.
INCONEL 152ENi 6152ENiCrFe-7INCONEL Welding Rod 152 is used for INCONEL’s Shielded Metal Arc Welding 690 alloy. It has a high chromium content, which improves resistance to stress corrosion cracking in nuclear, pure water environments. It is designed to produce high quality welds in all positions. The electrode also forms corrosion-resistant overlays on most low alloys and stainless steels. Other uses include applications requiring INCONEL Alloy 690 “glass” for the “melter” used to process nuclear waste.
INCONEL ® 122ENi6022ENiCrMo-10INCONEL electrode 122 is used for INCONEL’s shielded metal arc welding of alloys 622 and 625, alloy 25-6MO and alloy 825. It is an excellent dissimilar metal welding electrode that prevents corrosion of the preferred weld metal – when used to join molybdenum-containing stainless steels, Inconel C-276, and Ni-NiFe alloys, and INCONEL alloy 625.
INCONEL ®117ENi6617ENiCrCoMo-1INCONEL Welding Electrode 117 is used for INCONEL’s shielded metal arc welding of alloy 617. The weld metal has high strength, good metallurgical stability and excellent corrosion resistance – resistant to corrosion and oxidation at high temperatures. INCONEL Welding Electrode 117 is also given good results in welding many different materials, especially for high temperature applications – TIOS. e.g. INCONEL alloys 600 and 601, INCOLOY alloys 800HT and 802 as well as casting alloys such as HK-40, HP and HP-45 modified. 40, HP and HP-45 modified.
