Cold Galvanizing vs Hot-Dip Galvanizing
Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel:
- Dipped into molten zinc at high temperatures. Strong, thick coating. Best for outdoor use.
Cold Galvanized Steel (Electro-Galvanized):
- Zinc coating applied by electroplating. Smoother surface but thinner protection.
Most of our galvanized products use hot-dip galvanizing for higher quality.
